Vtg Ford Oval Vinyl Hardtop Reconditioner Brush Blue Bristles Very Clean

Up for your consideration is a vintage Ford hardtop reconditioner brush with plastic bristles and a wood handle. It is ~ 4 3/4” long.
Condition issues:
The brush shows signs of very light wear both on the wood handle and the bristles. It would work best as a display piece but feels like it could still work for the purpose it was made for a period of time. Even though it is clean condition, there are chips and imperfections that add to the character but it is not in mint condition.
