Vintage Kendall Oil GT-1 Mechanical Lead Pencil Lot Advertising Premium Ft Wayne.
The pencil is from Aero Oil Company, Ft Wayne Indiana, and advertises Kendall GT-1 Racing oil. Pencil seems to work, but eraser is hard.
The lead/eraser tube is unopened and advertises Kendall 1000 mile oil. I believe the tube is a little older than the pencil. Tube is unopened, but some of the label is missing. I can hear the contents inside of the tube.
