Vintage Artist Made Miniature Woman Gown and Baby Victorian ? Edwardian

This is vintage artist made miniature woman and baby.  Baby head is loose.  Mother has some glue ? reside on chest above neckline of dress?  Mother has glue residue on left of hairline.  Refer to photo two and three respectively.  Victorian or Edwardian?  I am not sure.  Lovely detail.  Baby has tiny booties and a lacy bonnet.  Wonderful facial artistry on mother and baby.  Mothers gown is grand and baby's delicate.   Wonderful silhouette of both.
