I have had this device for a while to use and never did.  I have check it with my capacitor checker and it shows 150 uFD which is in spec.   Tested.
Item must be returned within 30 Days and Refund of purchase price shipping not included only will be given as: Money Back via pay pal or through the method paid. Paypal and any shipping fees will be deducted from the refund price. Buyer to pay return shipping as well. 3% restocking charge. I don't end auctions early. Buy-it-now items are in my ebay store. I am phasing out international 1st class mail.  10% of packages seem to get lost and I am tired of taking up the cost.   If you want first class international post and are willing to assume all liability, then I will quote it for your, but there will be no adjudication if a package is lost.  If a package is lost, you will only have my sympathy, no refund or coverage.   Otherwise, business as usual with international priority mail.
