Here is a Splint Form 1000 Thermo-Plastic splint form heated water pan.  This unit may have some signs of cosmetic wear however is fully operational and functions as intended. I guarantee it will not dead on arrival.
This Splint-Form comes with stainless steel bath pan
The water temperature from  90° F and 190° F (32° C to 88° C) with 4 Gallons of cold water with approximately 90 minutes to reach desired temperature.
This unit is used to heat thermoplastics for orthopedic splints. Also suitable for food service use.The seamless stainless steel pan has a 5 gallon capacity. Quickly heats up and the exterior of the unit stay's cool to the touch.
