    Used. Comes in non-original packaging. This unit is in Fair cosmetic condition.  The outside is covered in some clear silicone material that sheds little pills or pellets when it is rubbed. The inside has red deposits on the house side and white deposits on the process side; we are not sure what these are.  The wires look very very small for a device rated with such high maximum currents, to us!
    Please NOTE: we are NOT sure of the maximum power rating of this unit so please experiment with care!
    Notes:
    This unit is in Good working condition as far as we can test. We applied 25VDC and it settled down to take 0.8A. One side got cool and the other got a little warmer.  We reversed polarity and the current jumped to 1.5A before settling at 0.8A again. The cool and warm sides switched places as expected.  No other testing was done. No manuals, cords/cables, or additional items are included if not listed or shown.
