    This is a Fine China Hand Decorated Floor Urn / Planter which was Designed and Handcrafted by English Miniature Porcelain Artist O.B.P. .....I designed and handcrafted the stand to fit this Urn --- This Stand is cast in a hard risin and is finished in gold ... This piece can be displayed as is or can be used as a Planter as well ... When Rachel Munday retired over 10 years ago this artist also located in England took over her work using the same detailed techniques to provide the same artwork .... This piece is hand decorated and kiln fired ...
