POLYSCIENCE AP15R-30-A12E 15L REFRIGERATED RECIRCULATOR with ADVANCE PROGRAMMABLE TEMPERATURE CONTROLLER.  This unit was removed from a recent lab closure.  We don't have a way to test this because it runs 240VAC.  We'll sell it as parts and repair because we can't test.
