Old Ice Scraper from Valley Inn Marcellus,NY Restaurant + Mobil Gas Advertising

This item is a hard plastic ice scraper advertising both the Valley Inn in Marcellus, NY and the Mobil Gas they proudly sold.  I did some research on the Valley Inn and found that the landmark has been there-  right on Rt 20 for over 75 years!  Wow! I remember, as a child traveling Route 20 between Albany, NY and Skaneateles, NY every month or thereabouts to visit my grandparents.  This little restaurant was always a beacon for me ...either "Almost There"  or "on our way home."  I'm sure many or you folks have equally fond memories.  I'm not sure of the age of this piece but I would guess 1970s or earlier.  I based this upon the following bits of eveidence:

The phone number is different than the current number listed and does NOT include an area code
My parents were savers and probably stopped here in the 1960s perhaps or the 1970s and found an ice scraper that worked so never replaced it.
Anyway, nice piece.  Good for automobilia fans or collectors of vintage central New York items.  Enjoy.
