Miniature Dollhouse Antique Petit Point Wall Hanging or Valance on Rod ROSES NR

Most of my miniature auctions start with LOW opening bids and NO reserve.  Please see my other items as I am happy to combine shipping (pay highest shipping for one auction and any other wins ship for NO additional charge  ~  please wait for a combined invoice if you win more than one auction ~ it is the ONLY way I can combine shipping to save you money (if paid separately I cannot combine).
Today I am listing vintage estate pieces from my inventory.
Antique piece of hand worked petit point with multicolor roses on a black background is mounted on a hand turned wood rod.  Has a felt backing.  Can be displayed as a wall hanging or valance.
Rod is 3 1/4" long and it is 1 3/8" long from the top of the rod to the bottom of the piece.
Please note that items in the last photo are not included and will be listed separately (shown with a one inch scale fireplace for size reference).
The U.S. Postal Service is experiencing MAJOR PROBLEMS with delivery due to Covid and other issues that set them behind last year.  Though they are improving,  SOME packages are still taking up to four WEEKS to be delivered.   If you can't commit to possibly having to wait up to FOUR WEEKS for delivery, please don't bid.  If item is not delivered in that time period you will be refunded.  I am offering UPS as an alternative but please be advised that UPS rates are sometimes more than double those of USPS.and even they are experiencing some delivery problems :o(
