GORGEOUS and ELEGANT pair of silver three arm candelabra by English artist Alec (or Alex) Rothwell who no longer makes miniatures.  The technique he used is known as "Sheffield Plate" which is silver layered over copper (not sterling though it LOOKS like it :o).  Candles are glued in.  Not signed as he never signed his pieces

The U.S. Postal Service is experiencing MAJOR PROBLEMS with delivery due to Covid and other issues that set them behind  last year.  They are still scrambling to catch up and SOME packages are taking up to four WEEKS to be delivered.   They are improving but If you can't commit to possibly having to wait up to FOUR WEEKS for delivery, please don't bid.  If item is not delivered in that time period you will be refunded.  I am offering UPS as an alternative but please be advised that UPS rates are sometimes more than double those of USPS. and even they are experiencing some delivery problems :o(
