Miniature Dollhouse 1:144 Scale Gazebo 4U2 Decorate in Wood & Glass Dome NR

Most of my miniature auctions start with LOW opening bids and NO reserve.  Please see my other items as I am happy to combine shipping (pay highest shipping for one auction and any other wins ship for NO additional charge  ~  please wait for a combined invoice if you win more than one auction ~ it is the ONLY way I can combine shipping to save you money (if paid separately I cannot combine).
From my inventory ~ purchased at a Miniature Show years ago and never displayed.
Very WELL MADE 1:144 scale gazebo with a cedar shingle roof and brick paver floor.  Nice wood cut outs on the frame.  There is grass all around it and it is attached to the wood portion of the dome.  Wood base has three little feet.  Will be a FUN project to add things to it!
Base is 3 3/4" diameter and it is approximately 4 3/4" high when the dome is in place.
Will have to ship Priority mail ~ price you see is ACTUAL shipping cost ~ there is no handling fee.
The U.S. Postal Service is experiencing MAJOR PROBLEMS with delivery due to Covid and other issues that set them behind last year and they are still scrambling to catch up.  SOME packages are taking up to four WEEKS to be delivered.   If you can't commit to possibly having to wait up to FOUR WEEKS for delivery, please don't bid.  If item is not delivered in that time period you will be refunded.  I am offering UPS as an alternative but please be advised that UPS rates are sometimes more than double those of USPS and even they are experiencing some delivery problems :o(
