Description
This Blue M, MagniWhirl Constant Temp Bath is used but complete and ready to use and in excellent cosmetic and tested working condition. When water was added all buttons and knobs performed as they should, temperature was consistant with knob settings, you can set and maintain temperatures ranging from ambient to 100C. The stainless steel gabled lid fits as it should with no dents, and is recommended for most effiecient operation over 75C. A magnet mechanism is located in the bottom of the bath and is used to produce circulation.
Cabinet and tanks are Type 304 stainless steel to resist chemicals and simplify cleaning. Rounded corners provide better water circulation, improved uniformity and easier cleaning. Non skid rubber feet, 6 foot power cord & drain works properly.

Water bath is a preferred heat source for heating flammable chemicals instead of an open flame to prevent ignition. Different types of water baths are used depending on application. With the Blue-M WB-1110A bath, you can set and maintain temperatures ranging from 5C above ambient to 100C with +/-0.1C uniformity. Maximum temperature depends on altitude and load.
This bath comes equipped with the gable stainless steel cover which is recommended for the most efficient operation above 75C .
The digital display simultaneously reads set-point and water temperature. Recessed control module is protected from debris and moisture. This Blue-M bath features dual independent over-temperature safety systems. Adjustable high-limit control prevents over-temperature conditions at any point over the bath operating range, protecting the bath and its load. Bath automatically interrupts heat, flashes visual warning and resets when temperature returns to normal. The fixed over-temperature safety function shuts off bath power, which is reset manually by push-button.

These circulating water baths are built to withstand the most critical applications in demanding laboratory environments. Cabinets and tanks are Type 304 stainless steel to resist chemicals and simplify cleaning. Rounded corners provide better water circulation, improved uniformity and easier cleaning; built-in drain with turnable ON/OFF valve is standard. Nonskid rubber feet protect lab bench.
Condition & Testing
When filled with water, and tested for temperature acuracy this machine did exactly what it was designed for, reached all temps as needed, drained easily. The magnetic flap raises and lowers as it was designed to provide circulation. All lights work as they should. The gabled lid fits well, the rack inside is removable for cleaning. Hospital grade cord is good without cracks or breaks. Operators manual is a photocopy. Very nice counter top unit.
