Jean Welch (Stunning) Vintage Jeweled Serving Bowl, IGMA Artisan Miniature

Gorgeous hand painted & decorated handled porcelain serving piece (shallow bowl?), made by Jean Welch, IGMA artisan (mother of Teresa Welch, IGMA Fellow).
This very delicate, one-of-a-kind piece is hand-painted with opalescent ("Mother of Pearl" effect) and fine gold gilt trim, in addition to meticulous placement of antique-looking silver and pearl ornamentation.  Remarkable that this piece is fully intact for its age.  A rare beauty.
Very faint maker's mark on bottom of this vintage piece, indistinguishable to my eye (though the quality of the piece is unmistakably a Welch/The China Closet creation).
Measures 7/8" wide x 1/8" tall.
Am downsizing my collection, and take comfort finding homes where they will be enjoyed as much:)
