The unit has 2 HARCO HYDRO HEATERS designed to heat water up to 190º.
Has 2 HATCO Hydro-Heating Elements:

3 Phase, 208 Vac, 3 Wire, 6,000 Watts, 16.7 Amps, 50-60 Hz
Hatco Heater Model: FR2-6B and Item: FR2.00025

All Stainless with three front legs and then a ledge in the back to mount on the wall
Comes with 5 insert holding trays. They each have (6) 5 3/4” Diameter holding holes.
These racks hold jars such as round
bain-marie’s
or can be used to do Sous Vide style cooking.
