Up for auction today are these two vintage ash trays from the Fleet Wing oil company, and a Firestone tire ashtray from the 1934 world's Fair.
Both of these recently found in an estate, and are in excellent plus condition with no cracks or chips. The fleet wing has perfect paint with no peeling or fade, near mint. The Firestone needs a little cleaning as it has a little dust around the embossed lettering in the glass, but will leave that up to the new owner. The tire has no cracks or chips, and looks to be in great shape, fits around the glass tight.
Both Guaranteed to be original.
This auction is for both ashtrays together.
So if you collect gas and oil stuff these are a must to put on your desk or in any area of your collection. Just a really cool part of history when they used to advertise on everything.
