Condition: So I put some water in this and I turned it on. The pump works great, as does the heat, I am not sure if this was supposed to chill or refrigerate the water. If so, that function does not work. I set the temp for lower than the current and it never changed in the cooler direction. There isn't a "cooling" light like there is for "heating" so i am not sure if that was ever a feature or if it was a feature that isn't currently working. Some light scratches here and there.
