Fina Oil Company Promo Basketball Slam Jam. This was sent to dealers in the late 80's to remind them to order these for giveaways.
I worked for a Fina Jobber and have had this item since it was delivered. We did not participate in the promotion, so this is the only one we received.
I will also be including the original box it came it.
I have never seen one of these on EBAY, so I don't know how many actually made it to the public.
