Dollhouse Room box Artist Made 1/12th scale

This Beautiful Room box was hand made by an Artist and purchased direct from her on eBay several years ago. I have kept it in same condition as when I purchased it with minimal use. .  The size is 14" by 12.5" and 11" tall. It is well made with much attention to detail.
The room features wood flooring, chair rail,  and has an alcove with fancy shadow box designs and a door that opens. There is a puck light in the alcove that illuminates the room. It can be easily replaced when needed.  The outside of the box has a nice granite finish on top and sides  and blue fancy trim to outline the box. My dolls, sofa, desk and chair are not included in the sale. They are used for display and ideas. I will package this very well for shipping and do not charge anything extra just what the post charges. Please ask all questions before bidding.
