    This is a Queen Anne Dollhouse kit from Real Good Toys. It was previously owned by one of our customers but has never been opened. It still has all of the parts needed to be built and is in good condition.  This is located in our dollhouse shop and if you live nearby, you can always come and get it.  The kit is in 2 boxes, the components are in one box, and the structure in the other.
