Custom built American Empire custom architect designed 1:12 scale dollhouse. Being sold fully furnished. Approximately 800 plus hours went into the design and construction of this no expense spared creation. 8 rooms. Entry, Parlor, Dining, Stairhall, Master Bedroom, Bath, Attic Hall, Billiards Room. House is based on a Greenleaf kit but not much of the kit left in the final product.
Only issues are one bulb out in master, bath light missing, attic hall light never installed. Everything else is perfection. Dining and Bath wallpaper is meticulously recreated and hand colored Bradbury and Bradbury patterns. Windows and doors are operable. Elaborate artist made draperies custom designed for house. There is an operable side panel to access upper stairhall. Upper roof surfaces are patinated copper. Has plexiglass backing for protection from dust.
Chimney and cupola are removable for transport. Base measures 29” x 23” and house is 42” to top of weathervane.
