For 120 HP - late 1967 to 1971, 155 HP - late 1967 to 1973
A close tolerance measurement must be maintained between the flat on the top of the pinion gear and the shoulder on the bearing housing. This tool quickly determines the correct shim needed to maintain this tolerance. A properly shimmed housing, together with an accurately shimmed ball gear shaft, guarantees correct engagement of the gears.
This gauge makes measurement simple.
